Order Cancellations:

Cancellations are only accepted before the order is dispatched.

Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refunds:

No refunds are provided once an order is shipped.

For valid cases of damage or defect, only replacements are offered as per our Replacement Policy.

Refunds will be issued only if we are unable to provide a replacement for a valid claim.
